Bill Hart serves as Vice President of Business Development. Bill brings more than 45 years of experience in all aspects of the utility business, including 27 years as CEO of an electric cooperative in South Carolina. His vast experience in the electric utility business throughout Lee Electrical’s territory continues to support client partnerships and grow the success of Lee Electrical.
